Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing remote infrastructure support team. As a Junior SRE, you will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to maintain, monitor, and improve the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices while contributing to real-world production systems.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring system performance, uptime, and availability across cloud environments.

Support incident response by identifying issues, escalating when necessary, and helping implement solutions.

Participate in deploying and maintaining infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Perform routine system checks, backups, and patch management.

Help document system processes, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and deployment pipelines.

Support log analysis, alerting systems, and performance metrics tracking.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure resilience and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancing).

Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.

Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Interest in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, DevOps, or related fields.

Fresh graduates with relevant internships, certifications, or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, etc.) is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.
