Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer to join our growing remote design team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for a variety of client projects.

This position is ideal for early-career designers who are eager to build a strong professional portfolio while working in a fast-paced agency environment. The Junior UX Designer will contribute to research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing while learning best practices in user experience design and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and product stakeholders.

• Support the design team in maintaining design systems and style guides across projects.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

• Prepare and present design concepts and documentation for internal teams and clients.

• Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and emerging design practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing techniques.

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Strong visual design sense with attention to typography, layout, and color.

• Good communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in UX design, UI design, or digital product design.

• Internship, freelance work, or academic projects demonstrating UX design processes are highly valued.

• A portfolio showcasing design thinking, wireframes, and prototypes is required.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for team collaboration and project meetings.
