Job Summary
Hollister USA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Lead – Door to Floor Supervisor to join our retail team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational flow from store entry to the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the leadership team in executing daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, passionate about retail, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations from the store entrance to the sales floor, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support continuous development.

Ensure store visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained and updated according to brand guidelines.

Manage store traffic flow, queue management, and customer service escalation at the door and throughout the store.

Collaborate with store management to implement operational initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Analyze daily performance metrics and contribute to strategies for achieving sales and operational goals.

Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in retail supervision, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum of 2–3 years in retail supervision or sales leadership roles.

Experience in high-volume stores, preferably in fashion retail, is an advantage.
Working Hours
