Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain ESG data into company databases and systems.

  • Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with ESG reporting standards.

  • Monitor and update ESG records regularly to reflect changes in corporate policies or initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing ESG reports and documentation for internal and client use.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

  • Provide support for ESG-related analytics and research projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools.

  • Basic understanding of ESG principles and sustainability reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or ESG-related work is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
