In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience — all while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, and chat support.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining solutions.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.

  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement.

  • Meet performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

  • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.

  • High level of empathy and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, support desk, or related field preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.

  • Full-time role, typically 35–40 hours per week.

  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on business needs.

  • Multiple shift timings available to support global customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

  • Knowledge of customer support tools and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
