Job Summary

Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Personal Lines to join our dynamic remote team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert insurance guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the most suitable coverage options. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with deep knowledge of personal insurance products to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on personal insurance products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.

• Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.

• Generate leads and manage a personal portfolio of clients to drive sales and retention.

• Provide clear explanations of policy terms, conditions, and coverage to ensure client understanding.

• Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and claims processes.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.

• Document all client interactions accurately in the company CRM system.

• Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines Insurance License (State-specific as applicable).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

• Proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible schedule with core business hours, typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Occasional extended hours may be required to meet client needs.
