Job Summary
Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Personal Lines to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on personal insurance products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.

Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Generate leads and manage a personal portfolio of clients to drive sales and retention.

Provide clear explanations of policy terms, conditions, and coverage to ensure client understanding.

Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and claims processes.

Maintain compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.

Document all client interactions accurately in the company CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Active Personal Lines Insurance License (State-specific as applicable).

Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.

Flexible schedule with core business hours, typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
