  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer support processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask across chat conversations and internal tools.

  • Basic technical literacy and comfort with online platforms.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a calm, problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to follow structured workflows and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, live chat support, BPO, or remote support roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience using CRM, helpdesk, or chat tools is an advantage.

Working Hours
