Job Summary:

Apple Inc. is seeking a skilled Mac OS X and Apple Device Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Apple ecosystem across multiple environments, including remote and on-site setups. This role is critical to ensuring seamless deployment, configuration, and support of macOS devices, iPhones, iPads, and related Apple technologies. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional end-user experience while maintaining compliance and security standards across all Apple devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices in enterprise and hybrid environments.

  • Administer Apple Device Management (MDM) systems such as Jamf Pro, Intune, or similar platforms.

  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations for all Apple devices.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Monitor system performance, device inventory, and compliance status.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Apple devices into broader IT infrastructure.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Train end-users on Apple device functionalities, best practices, and security protocols.

  • Assist in planning and executing Apple device upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS administration.

  • Hands-on experience with Apple Device Management tools (Jamf Pro, Intune, or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or AppleScript.

  • Familiarity with network protocols, VPNs, Active Directory, and Wi-Fi authentication.

  • Solid understanding of device security policies and compliance standards.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Apple device administration or enterprise macOS support.

  • Prior experience in hybrid IT environments and remote device management is highly preferred.

  • Experience in supporting both remote and on-site users is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible remote and on-site schedules, with occasional on-call requirements.

  • Standard IT support hours, with the possibility of extended coverage during critical deployments.
