Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) Engineer to join our growing remote team in India. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science and production engineering, ensuring that machine learning models are efficiently deployed, monitored, scaled, and maintained in real-world environments.

As an MLOps Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cloud architects to design robust pipelines that support the full machine learning lifecycle—from experimentation and training to deployment and continuous improvement. This is a critical role for ensuring reliability, performance, and governance of AI-driven systems across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Automate the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle using CI/CD practices.

• Deploy machine learning models into production using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducibility frameworks.

• Monitor model performance, data drift, and system health in production environments.

• Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance and deployment strategies.

• Build containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.

• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met for ML systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ML services and pipelines.

• Continuously improve infrastructure and tooling for faster and more reliable ML delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); familiarity with Java or Go is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning roles.

• At least 2+ years of practical experience in deploying and maintaining ML models in production.

• Proven experience in building scalable data or ML pipelines.

• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position based in India.

• Standard working hours aligned with IST, with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones when required.

• Occasional overlap with international teams for meetings and project coordination.
