Job Summary
Consumer Insights is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our growing research team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and data-driven decision-making. The Market Research Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute quantitative and qualitative market research studies

Collect, analyze, and interpret consumer, market, and competitive data

Develop surveys, questionnaires, and research methodologies aligned with business objectives

Analyze trends, customer preferences, pricing strategies, and market opportunities

Prepare clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives

Monitor industry developments and emerging consumer trends

Ensure accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality of research data
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python, or similar)

Experience with survey platforms and research methodologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or consumer insights
-
Experience working with both primary and secondary research data is preferred

Exposure to FMCG, retail, digital, or B2B research is an advantage
