Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst – Remote Consumer Trends to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting consumer and market data to help drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and leadership to provide actionable insights into customer behavior, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute quantitative and qualitative market research studies.

Analyze consumer trends, customer preferences, and purchasing behaviors across multiple markets.

Conduct surveys, focus groups, interviews, and desk research to gather primary and secondary data.

Interpret large datasets using statistical and analytical tools.

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaign strategies and product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar platforms.

Experience with survey tools and research platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills using data.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
Experience

2–5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or consumer insights.

Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Prior experience in technology, e-commerce, digital services, or consulting is an advantage.

Experience working in a remote or distributed team is a plus.
