About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing / Creative / Product Designer to join our growing team. This role bridges creativity and strategy, combining design expertise with a strong understanding of user experience and brand storytelling. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our products and campaigns while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and user-centered digital assets, marketing campaigns, and product visuals.

• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and engineers to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that enhance usability and brand consistency.

• Create and maintain brand guidelines across digital and print platforms.

• Support marketing initiatives with compelling creative content for websites, email, social media, and advertising.

• Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design decisions.

• Ensure designs are optimized for scalability, accessibility, and cross-platform experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3–5 years of professional experience in product design, creative design, or marketing design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or similar.

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience across marketing assets, UI/UX, and product design.

• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and creative storytelling.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a startup or tech-driven environment.
