Coding Gears is seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative technology team immediately. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to implement innovative solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best development practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain coding standards.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.

• Familiarity with deployment platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or similar cloud services.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Experience

• 2–5 years of proven experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.

• Hands-on experience in building complex, scalable web applications.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule.

• Flexibility may be offered depending on project requirements.
