Job Summary
Dr. Ankuja Skin & Hair Clinic is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to support patient engagement and appointment coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding patients about clinic services, and ensuring a smooth appointment booking experience. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and contributing to a patient-centric healthcare environment. Flexible morning and evening shifts are available.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

Provide accurate information about skin and hair treatments, services, and ongoing offers.

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently.

Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.

Follow up with prospective and existing patients to improve conversions and retention.

Address basic patient queries and escalate complex concerns to the clinical team.

Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain quality standards.

Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Support front-desk coordination when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s).

Pleasant telephone etiquette and strong listening ability.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems, or similar tools).

Strong persuasion and customer service orientation.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or any graduate preferred.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or clinic coordination preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in healthcare, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic environments will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

Flexible Morning Shift and Evening Shift options available.

6–8 hours per shift (as per clinic schedule).

Weekly off as per roster.
