Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and video ads.

• Create animations, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and storyboard visual ideas.

• Edit and enhance video content using animation, transitions, visual effects, and sound design.

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

• Adapt and optimize motion content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, animation tools, and marketing visuals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in motion design and animation principles.

• Expertise in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content.

• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.

• A professional portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Artist, Video Animator, or similar role.

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, creative studio, or media company is preferred.

• Experience producing content for social media, advertising, and branding campaigns is a plus.
