Job Summary:
LifeCare Org is seeking a dynamic and experienced NGO Partnership Manager to spearhead collaborations with local, national, and international organizations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social impact, possess strong networking and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying potential partners, fostering long-term relationships, and coordinating joint initiatives that advance LifeCare Org’s mission of providing sustainable community support and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with NGOs, governmental agencies, and corporate CSR initiatives aligned with LifeCare Org’s mission.
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap, ensuring collaboration maximizes social impact and resource optimization.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs, and contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring the successful execution of joint initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design programs, events, and campaigns that leverage partnerships for community development.
- Represent LifeCare Org at conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the organization and expand the partnership network.
- Track and report partnership performance metrics, preparing regular updates for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support fundraising initiatives through partnership-driven opportunities and co-branded projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in NGO management, partnership development, or stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Understanding of social sector programs, CSR policies, and funding mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/project management tools.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the NGO or social development sector.
- Experience in drafting MOUs, partnership agreements, and managing compliance-related documentation.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work with diverse stakeholders.
Working Hours:
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility required for attending meetings, events, or activities outside regular hours.

- Deep understanding of NGO operations, social impact assessment, and community development programs.
- Ability to analyze partnership performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
