Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple programs/projects from conception to completion.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, ensuring objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Prepare program reports, impact assessments, and other documentation for internal and external purposes.
- Support fundraising initiatives and grant applications as needed.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate remote team members, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in NGO program management, community development, or social work.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO program coordination, project management, or community development.
- Experience working remotely and managing virtual teams is highly desirable.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of social programs preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote role.
- Flexible working hours with expected availability for virtual meetings and project deadlines.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for program activities or stakeholder coordination.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Deep understanding of social sector challenges and community development programs.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Capacity to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse communities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
