Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic computer proficiency, with knowledge of call center systems or CRM tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare support role preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
