Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate night-shift office operations to maintain efficiency and security.

Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and update internal databases.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.

Support HR and management teams with documentation, scheduling, and staff coordination.

Monitor and address operational issues promptly, escalating where necessary.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.

Experience working in a night shift environment will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Full-time, Night Shift position.

Shift timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday).

Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required based on operational needs.
