Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate night-shift office operations to maintain efficiency and security.

  • Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and update internal databases.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.

  • Support HR and management teams with documentation, scheduling, and staff coordination.

  • Monitor and address operational issues promptly, escalating where necessary.

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.

  • Experience working in a night shift environment will be an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Night Shift position.

  • Shift timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday).

  • Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required based on operational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and external partners.

  • Adaptability and reliability in managing night-shift responsibilities.

  • Basic knowledge of data entry and record management systems.
