Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and organize internal events.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Assist management with reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
- Procure office supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and workplace standards.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative projects and special assignments as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic IT skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in office administration, operations, or executive support.

Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility may be required for special projects or urgent tasks.
