Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Support and Admin Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who can manage office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth coordination of daily tasks during night hours. You will play a key role in supporting teams, handling data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage office administration tasks during the night shift.
- Provide support to different departments by handling clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for daily operations.
- Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and workflow management.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, reports) in a professional manner.
- Ensure data accuracy while entering and updating information in company systems.
- Support HR, operations, or finance teams with administrative tasks when required.
- Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- Entry-level to 2 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or support roles.
- Previous experience in a BPO, KPO, or night shift environment will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Night shift position with fixed or rotational schedules.
- Full-time role with flexibility in working hours depending on project requirements.

- Knowledge of office procedures, administrative systems, and basic reporting.
