Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Support & Admin Coordinator to join our night shift operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative coordination, multitasking, and maintaining smooth office workflows during non-business hours. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensure accurate documentation, and assist internal teams to maintain operational efficiency. Both freshers and experienced candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and office support during night shift operations.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation with high accuracy.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Handle emails, reports, and routine correspondence professionally.

  • Monitor office supplies and support basic inventory management.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

  • Support data entry, file management, and documentation control activities.

  • Respond promptly to internal queries and provide coordination support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.

  • Basic understanding of office administration processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • 0–3 years of experience in administration, office support, BPO/KPO, or coordination roles is an advantage.

  • Prior night shift experience will be considered a plus but is not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
