Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live online tutoring sessions in Math and Science for students across various grade levels.

• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials based on students’ individual needs and academic goals.

• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest strategies for improvement.

• Create a supportive, engaging, and interactive virtual learning environment.

• Collaborate with parents, guardians, or academic coordinators to ensure continuity of learning.

• Stay updated with curriculum standards, teaching methodologies, and educational technology tools.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.

• Strong subject knowledge in Math and/or Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital learning resources.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in Math and Science.

• Experience in online or remote teaching is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in helping students improve academic performance.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with the ability to accommodate students in different time zones.

• Part-time and full-time schedules available depending on tutor availability and student demand.

• Evening and weekend sessions may be required.
