Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online College Instructor specializing in Business Management to join our innovative virtual teaching faculty. Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and deliver high-quality online courses in Business Management, ensuring that course materials align with SNHU’s academic standards and learning outcomes.

Foster a supportive and inclusive online classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, discussions, and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Maintain consistent communication with students through the learning management system (LMS) to guide their academic progress.

Collaborate with the academic department to improve course content and teaching methods based on student feedback and institutional requirements.

Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in online education and business management.

Participate in professional development sessions, training, and faculty meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree (minimum) or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Proven experience in teaching at the college or university level, preferably in an online learning environment.

Strong command of business management principles, including leadership, operations, organizational behavior, and strategic management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using online learning platforms (such as Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle) and digital teaching tools.

Ability to adapt instructional strategies to diverse student needs and learning styles.

Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
Experience

3–5 years of relevant teaching or professional experience in business management, corporate leadership, or higher education.

Prior experience developing or facilitating online college-level courses is highly preferred.

Industry certifications or managerial experience in business operations or project management will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

This is a remote, part-time or full-time teaching position depending on course load and instructor availability.

Flexible scheduling options are available; however, instructors must be responsive to student inquiries and assignments throughout the course term.

Occasional participation in online faculty training, meetings, and professional development sessions is required.
