Job Summary

SafeNet Media is looking for a highly focused and detail-oriented Online Content Moderator to review, analyze, and ensure the quality, safety, and accuracy of user-generated content across our digital platforms. In this role, you will help maintain a safe online environment by identifying inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content while upholding platform guidelines and community standards. Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and comments according to company policies.

• Identify and remove harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in alignment with community guidelines.

• Evaluate content for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to platform rules.

• Categorize and tag content accurately using internal tools and workflow systems.

• Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases to senior moderators or management.

• Provide clear and consistent feedback to help maintain content quality standards.

• Maintain productivity targets while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Stay updated with policy changes, new guidelines, and moderation best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of English with excellent reading comprehension.

• Ability to analyze and interpret content with a high level of attention to detail.

• Good decision-making skills under defined policies and guidelines.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and digital communication trends.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.

• Strong ethical judgment and ability to work with sensitive content.

• Computer literacy and ability to work across multiple digital tools or dashboards.

Experience

• Prior experience as a content moderator, customer support associate, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
