Job Summary
BrightDesk Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented students to join our dynamic team as Online Data Entry Operators. This fully remote position allows students to earn while gaining practical experience in data management and administrative support. The ideal candidate is disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.

Convert handwritten or scanned documents into digital formats.

Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.

Assist in organizing and categorizing files and documents.

Follow instructions to meet deadlines and deliver quality work consistently.

Report progress and any issues to the supervisor on a timely basis.

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Basic typing skills with speed and accuracy (minimum 30–35 words per minute).

Familiarity with online tools and cloud-based data entry platforms.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently.
Experience
