Job Summary

EnrollNow America is seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Online Enrollment Advisor to assist customers with digital enrollment processes, program selections, and general support. In this fully remote role, you will guide individuals through online applications, clarify program options, and ensure a seamless, positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time assistance to customers completing online enrollment forms and applications.

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with clarity, accuracy, and empathy.

• Explain program features, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures in easy-to-understand language.

• Verify and process customer information while adhering to data security and confidentiality policies.

• Troubleshoot common technical issues related to website navigation and form completion.

• Follow up with customers to ensure successful completion of enrollment steps.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues or gather additional information when needed.

• Meet performance targets related to response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Experience
