As an Online Exam Proctor, you will serve as the first line of quality assurance in digital assessments, using secure proctoring systems, live monitoring tools, and identity verification processes. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor candidates during live or recorded online exams via secure proctoring platforms.
• Verify candidate identity using approved authentication and verification procedures.
• Ensure compliance with examination rules, policies, and system requirements.
• Detect and report any suspicious activities, policy violations, or technical irregularities.
• Provide real-time assistance to candidates experiencing technical issues.
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports for each exam session.
• Escalate serious violations or system failures to the appropriate support teams.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
• Follow standardized proctoring protocols and quality assurance guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours
