Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Online Exam Proctor – Remote Verification Specialist to support the integrity of our digital assessment platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live online examinations through remote proctoring tools and video systems.

• Verify candidate identity using approved authentication and ID verification processes.

• Ensure candidates follow examination rules, guidelines, and security protocols.

• Detect and report suspicious behavior, technical irregularities, or policy violations.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates before, during, and after exams.

• Provide basic technical support related to connectivity, system access, and platform usage.

• Document incidents and maintain accurate logs and reports for audit purposes.

• Escalate critical issues to supervisors or compliance teams when required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to observe multiple screens simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.

• Comfortable working with webcams, screen-sharing tools, and monitoring software.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, online moderation, education, compliance, or quality assurance is preferred.

• Experience with remote work or digital platforms is an advantage.
