Job Summary

Cyberoid Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Online Japanese Language Trainer (Part-Time) to join our dynamic team of language educators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and results-driven Japanese language lessons to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners. This role is remote, offering flexibility, and is ideal for individuals who are committed to fostering language proficiency and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online Japanese language classes for students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking exercises.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

• Utilize multimedia tools and digital platforms to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs and learning styles.

• Stay updated with current trends in Japanese language teaching and educational technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N2/N1 or equivalent preferred).

• Strong command of English for effective communication with students.

• Excellent teaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to use online teaching tools, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar platforms.

• Creative lesson planning and curriculum development capabilities.

• Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with diverse learners.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Japanese, either online or in-person.

• Experience in teaching international students is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in developing digital learning materials is a plus.

Working Hours

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones.

• Availability for evening or weekend sessions may be required depending on student demand.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.

• Proficiency in integrating technology into language teaching.
