Job Summary
Azad Group Hotels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Order Delivery & Logistics Controller to oversee and optimize the end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating online orders, managing logistics workflows, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily online order flow across multiple platforms.

Coordinate with kitchen, packaging, and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch.

Track delivery performance and resolve delays or service issues proactively.

Optimize delivery routes and logistics efficiency to reduce costs and improve speed.

Maintain accurate order records, reports, and logistics dashboards.

Liaise with third-party delivery partners and vendors.

Handle customer complaints related to delivery and provide prompt resolution.

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Support management with performance analytics and forecasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain coordination.

Prior experience in hospitality, food delivery, or e-commerce operations preferred.

Experience handling third-party delivery aggregators is a plus.
Working Hours
