Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Online Product Listing Optimization Specialist to enhance our product visibility, accuracy, and conversion across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings, improving SEO performance, ensuring content quality, and driving a seamless customer experience. This is a remote position ideal for individuals who excel in e-commerce content management, data accuracy, and performance-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings across Flipkart and associated e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes are accurate, engaging, and keyword-rich.

  • Conduct keyword research to improve product ranking and discoverability.

  • Monitor listing performance, track metrics, and recommend improvements based on analytics.

  • Collaborate with category, catalog, and marketing teams to maintain consistent product information.

  • Ensure product images meet platform quality guidelines and coordinate with designers where required.

  • Review competitor listings to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Audit existing listings to correct errors, update outdated information, and enhance content quality.

  • Maintain category-wise listing standards, SEO guidelines, and brand style guides.

  • Report daily/weekly progress to internal team leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, product cataloging, and SEO principles.

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets, product data, and keyword tools.

  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards) is an advantage.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, product listing, SEO, or content writing.

  • Freshers with strong analytical and writing skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working arrangement.

  • Standard working schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend support may be required during peak seasons.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of e-commerce SEO, keyword research tools, and competitor analysis.

  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple SKUs and high-volume listings efficiently.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
