Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online Spanish lessons using virtual teaching platforms.

• Develop customized lesson plans, assignments, and practice exercises for different proficiency levels.

• Provide clear explanations of Spanish grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversation skills.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

• Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to give students a deeper understanding of Spanish-speaking countries.

• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports.

• Participate in online meetings and training sessions to stay updated on curriculum standards and teaching methods.

• Encourage a positive and inclusive online learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language, Education, Linguistics, or related field.

• Proven proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish (native or near-native fluency).

• Excellent command of English for clear communication with students.

• Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

• Ability to create engaging, interactive, and culturally rich learning experiences.

• Reliable internet connection and professional teaching setup (microphone, webcam, quiet space).

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in Spanish (online or classroom preferred).

• Experience in curriculum development or language test preparation (DELE, SIELE, etc.) is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong language proficiency and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible part-time schedule — choose your preferred teaching slots based on your availability.
