Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Tutoring Assistant to support K-8 students in their academic journey. The Online Tutoring Assistant will work closely with lead tutors to deliver personalized lessons, provide academic support, and help students build confidence in their subjects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead tutors in preparing and delivering engaging online lessons for K-8 subjects.
• Provide one-on-one or small group academic support to students based on their learning needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance understanding.
• Support classroom management in virtual sessions to ensure an effective learning environment.
• Help create educational resources, worksheets, and interactive activities to reinforce learning concepts.
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance and learning strategies when required.
• Stay updated on curriculum changes and implement best practices for online tutoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of K-8 curricula across core subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Studies).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar).
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward student learning.

Experience

• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with virtual classroom platforms or online teaching is an added advantage.
• Freshers with a strong academic background and passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule; part-time and full-time options available.
• Sessions may be scheduled on weekdays and weekends depending on student requirements.
• Must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
