Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager – Remote Logistics Support to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics and operational processes. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across logistics partners, internal teams, and customers. You will drive process improvements, manage performance metrics, and ensure that service levels, cost efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily logistics operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and delivery coordination.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage and mentor a remote operations team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process mapping, automation, and system optimization.

Experience

• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and global vendors is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.
• Standard working hours aligned with business needs (flexible depending on region).
• Occasional extended hours may be required to support critical operations or global stakeholders.
