Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.

• Follow structured sales scripts while adapting communication style to different customer profiles.

• Handle objections professionally and present compelling value propositions.

• Schedule appointments or product demos for senior sales consultants (if applicable).

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

• Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine sales approaches and marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident speaking tone.

• Proven ability to handle outbound calls and maintain a professional demeanor.

• Basic understanding of sales principles, lead generation, and customer engagement.

• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, call centers, BPO, or lead generation roles (preferred).

• Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment is an advantage.

• Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong motivation to earn may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Flexible or fixed schedules depending on company requirements.

• May require working in US, UK, or AU shifts based on target markets.

• Weekend shifts may apply depending on campaign demands.
