Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Overnight Office Administrator to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work either from our office or remotely, making it ideal for candidates who prefer night shifts and a structured work environment. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing essential administrative functions, ensuring smooth overnight operations, and providing support to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle overnight administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Monitor email inboxes and respond to client or internal queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, update logs, and circulate daily handover notes to the day-shift team.
  • Support HR, operations, and customer service departments with administrative needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, calls, or follow-ups scheduled for the next day.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and suggest process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic database tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, office management, or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Overnight shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (local time).
  • Flexible working arrangement: option to work fully remote or from office.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and office operations.
  • Basic understanding of customer service and HR support.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using digital communication platforms like Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
