Job Summary

HamlynBio is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Data Entry & Cashier Associate to support daily administrative and front-desk financial operations. This role combines accurate data management with customer-facing cashier responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong numerical accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets.

  • Process cash, card, and digital payments with high accuracy.

  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers.

  • Reconcile daily cash balances and report discrepancies promptly.

  • Maintain organized records of transactions and financial documentation.

  • Assist customers with billing queries in a professional manner.

  • Support inventory and basic administrative tasks when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or administration is an advantage.

  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry systems.

  • Good numerical and cash-handling skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional demeanor with customer service orientation.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, cashiering, retail, or administrative support preferred.

  • Freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, or retail environments is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Part-time role (typically 4–6 hours per day).
