Job Summary

EMM ARR Global Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Field Banking Verification Executive to support our verification operations. The role involves visiting customer locations, conducting document and address verifications, and ensuring accurate reporting to support banking and financial institution requirements. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, possess strong observational skills, and can maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to verify customer addresses, employment details, and KYC documents as assigned.

• Complete verification reports accurately and submit them within defined timelines.

• Interact professionally with customers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Capture geo-tagged photos and required documentation during field visits.

• Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors regarding verification status and discrepancies.

• Ensure adherence to banking and regulatory guidelines during all verification activities.

• Maintain daily activity logs and meet productivity targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Diploma; graduates preferred.

• Basic understanding of banking/KYC verification processes is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in local language; basic English knowledge preferred.

• Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications for reporting.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for field mobility.

• High level of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 0–2 years of experience in field verification, banking, collections, or related roles will be an added advantage.

• Prior experience in KYC or address verification is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Part-time role with flexible field-based working hours.

• Assignments will be provided based on operational requirements.

• Candidates must be available for daytime field visits as scheduled.
