Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a two-wheeler to pick up groceries from Swiggy Instamart hubs and deliver them to customers within the committed time frame.

• Maintain punctuality and adherence to delivery schedules to ensure timely service.

• Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries politely and professionally.

• Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines while on the road.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the bike and delivery equipment.

• Report any discrepancies, delays, or operational challenges to supervisors promptly.

• Utilize the Swiggy app efficiently for route navigation, order updates, and customer communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Basic smartphone proficiency to operate the Swiggy delivery app.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
