Job Summary
Jothydev's Diabetes Research is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical inventory within our hospital pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support uninterrupted medication availability. This role is critical in maintaining supply chain integrity and supporting high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for the hospital pharmacy.

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of medicines and medical supplies.

Ensure proper storage conditions in compliance with pharmaceutical standards and safety regulations.

Coordinate with pharmacy, procurement, and clinical teams for timely stock replenishment.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Maintain accurate documentation for inward and outward stock movements.

Supervise expiry tracking and implement FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee vendor deliveries and verify purchase orders against received goods.

Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory management practices.

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy stores, medical warehouse, or healthcare supply chain.

Prior experience in a NABH-accredited hospital or specialty clinic is preferred.

Experience handling temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
Working Hours

Part-time role.

Flexible schedule, typically 4–6 hours per day.
