Job Summary

Cyberoid Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time IGCSE Psychology Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality online instruction to secondary school learners. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise in IGCSE Psychology, excellent virtual teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students to achieve academic excellence. This is a remote, flexible opportunity suited for educators who are committed to student success and innovative teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive online lessons aligned with the IGCSE Psychology curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.

• Create a supportive and inclusive virtual classroom environment.

• Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and coursework.

• Communicate effectively with students and, when required, with parents or academic coordinators.

• Stay updated with changes in the IGCSE syllabus and examination patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.

• Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent) preferred.

• Strong understanding of the IGCSE Psychology curriculum and assessment standards.

• Excellent online teaching and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar).

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Ability to simplify complex psychological concepts for school-level learners.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IGCSE/GCSE Psychology or equivalent curriculum.

• Prior online teaching experience is highly preferred.

• Experience working with international students is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time, fully remote role.

• Flexible scheduling based on student batches.

• Primarily evening or weekend sessions (IST) may be required.

• Expected commitment: approximately 6–12 hours per week (may vary).
