Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Part-Time Medical Transcriptionist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, clinical notes, and patient records from audio recordings provided by healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe medical reports, clinical documentation, and physician notes from audio recordings.

• Follow company guidelines and templates for medical documentation.

• Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify unclear information when needed.

• Submit completed transcriptions within designated deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and punctuation skills.

• Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures.

• Exceptional listening and typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute preferred).

• Familiarity with transcription software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

• Previous experience as a medical transcriptionist is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with relevant training or certifications are welcome to apply.
