Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product information.

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system for record-keeping and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick solutions to complex customer issues.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share insights with the team.

  • Adhere to Flipkart’s policies, guidelines, and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or e-commerce support is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time schedule, typically 4–6 hours per day.

  • Shift options available including mornings, afternoons, and evenings to accommodate diverse schedules.
