Build-A-Bear Workshop is a place where imagination comes to life, and we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Staff to join our team. In this role, you will help create magical experiences for guests by guiding them through the interactive bear-making process, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a personalized keepsake. You will play a key part in building memories, delivering outstanding service, and maintaining a fun, engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers warmly, delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Assist guests in choosing, customizing, and creating their furry friends.

Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.

Support daily store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.

Meet individual and store sales goals by promoting add-on products and special offers.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations and uphold company standards.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
