Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging art and fine arts lessons for assigned student groups.

• Teach fundamental and advanced techniques in drawing, painting, craft, and mixed media.

• Encourage creativity, imagination, and individual artistic expression among students.

• Prepare lesson materials, art supplies, and classroom displays.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.

• Support school art events, exhibitions, and student showcases when scheduled on Sundays.

• Collaborate with academic coordinators to align lesson plans with curriculum goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field.

• Strong practical knowledge of multiple art techniques and mediums.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.

• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense.

• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or art instruction experience preferred.

• Freshers with strong artistic portfolios and teaching aptitude may be considered.

• Experience in international or CBSE/ICSE schools is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time role: Sundays only.

• Typical schedule: 4–6 hours per Sunday (exact timing as per school timetable).
