Job Summary
SeaLuxe Voyages is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Passenger Services Officer to join our cruise terminal operations team. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring smooth check-in procedures, and maintaining high standards of service for all passengers embarking and disembarking from our luxury cruise ships. The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and capable of handling high volumes of guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist passengers during the check-in and boarding process with professionalism and courtesy.

Verify passenger documentation, including identification, boarding passes, and travel documents.

Provide accurate information regarding cruise itineraries, ship facilities, and port services.

Coordinate with security and terminal staff to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Handle passenger inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of passenger check-ins and disembarkations using company systems.

Assist with special requirements, including accessibility needs, VIP guests, and group bookings.

Collaborate with other departments (operations, guest services, and logistics) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office applications; experience with cruise terminal software is an advantage.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline/cruise terminal operations is preferred.

Experience handling high-volume guest interactions and working with ticketing or reservation systems is advantageous.
Working Hours

Full-time position with shifts covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by cruise schedules.
