Job Summary

Cherbionics Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Biometric Consultant to support our patient identification and verification processes. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and managing biometric data while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical accuracy with compassionate patient interaction and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and verify patient biometric data (fingerprints, facial recognition, iris scans, etc.) with high accuracy.

• Guide patients through biometric enrollment in a professional and reassuring manner.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data protection regulations.

• Troubleshoot basic biometric device and system issues.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of patient records.

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless patient onboarding.

• Monitor data quality and report discrepancies or system errors.

• Adhere to organizational SOPs and quality standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, IT, Biomedical Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Customer service mindset with a patient-first approach.

• Basic technical troubleshooting ability is preferred.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, biometric enrollment, patient registration, or related roles.

• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with biometric devices or healthcare IT systems will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexi-shift model including morning, evening, and occasional weekend rotations.

• Part-time and full-time options may be available based on operational needs.
