Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Agile/Scrum) to lead and deliver complex technology projects in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across distributed teams.

As a Project Manager at TechPro Solutions, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, enabling teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that support innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, and product owners.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Track project performance using relevant tools and metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in project governance and documentation.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.

• Proven track record of delivering software or digital projects successfully.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is mandatory.

• Experience in SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise systems is an advantage.

• Scrum Master or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
