In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and building strong relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and online communication tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms to schedule appointments.

  • Maintain and manage a high volume of daily outreach activities while meeting performance targets.

  • Accurately document client interactions and update the CRM system in real time.

  • Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are confirmed and no opportunities are missed.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

  • Handle client inquiries professionally, providing information about company products or services as needed.

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Comfortable using digital communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or CRM software.

  • Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and maintain motivation.

  • Tech-savvy, with basic knowledge of email, social media, and online scheduling platforms.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is highly preferred.

  • Experience working remotely or in a digital-first sales environment is a plus.

Working Hours:
